Do You Get Fatigued With So Much Training?

i get fatigued with a lot of mileage, but i's not like a heavy loading on my body. As long as everything feels good in terms of injury free and my body's moving nicely, then it's not a huge concern. It does get sometimess a little bit boring, especially if you're just riding or running solo, and there's, ju'st hours on end of training. I'm also swimm with a squat at the moment, so it's nice to mix things up there as well. And how are your fatigue levels with doing so much durance? Is a different kind of fatigue than when you're trinin reatly hard!
