You ow, in a genuine and earnest way, so that whatever happens you do yu can still reach out to them. It actually starts with tracking on the product side. How do i identify happy? How many of these are happy? And this could really be a metric actually, like it's not only the happiness of the customer, but it's actually the happiness of each individual user.
