How to Scale Up Difficulty in Jujitsu Classes
I like this idea of kind of an escalation of difficulty throughout the class, where you start it slow so that even the new people can follow. It seems like throwing people into the shark tank on the first day is maybe a little bit much. So I think that that's a great approach of kind of scaling up the difficulty. And yeah, that also gives people an opportunity to basically stop when they kind of get to their limit for the day, right? It's a good model because it takes into account people of all different experience levels and comfort levels. Yeah. That's really been working for us.
