The Importance of Operational Complexity
In retrospect, this got me into the kind of seat that I wanted to have. It was a great financial investment from then to now. And so there's a lot of value. If we don't do a terrible deal, but waiting for perfect is not necessarily the best way to go. The inertia to get out of your W2C or getting out of your search and actually close the deal by the business are really hard to get passed.
