I think the biggest thing is to just notice like you mentioned even how we feel. Like if something, if we can explore something from a place of just curiosity and openness and it sparks something, it does not matter at all if our mind can understand it. We want to kind of just be in that really dumb place I call it of I have no clue what a thought is made of what a feelings made of where they come from who I am. And as soon as there's something we think we know again very human very normal, but we'll want to be onto that. That's beautiful. I like the dumb place reference the wisdom.
