I'm just thinking, you're not criticizing the whole field of positive psychology at all by any means. But wouldnt you agree your research adds more nuance to and more a practical plan for taking that optimism, but making that a reality? Is that right? That is right. I mean, what is important to me is that we base our ideas and perati data. And i've learned during these 20 years 've been working with this topic now so much from what the data tell me. What i think is important that people get thet s in their hands that are actually based on what is really working, and that we know how it is working.
