The Strong New York Event

I will be speaking again at the strong New York event run by my man, Kenny Santucci. He created it's basically, I think it's the first charitable like fitness event in New York city. The proceeds last year went to the Alzheimer's Association. They have a lot going on. It's like group workouts, workshops, people podcasting. And they'll do, I'll probably be on one of the Q and A panels. But yeah, if you are in the New York area or, you know, New York City during Christmas time is one of the craziest places in the world to be.
