I think that's where manual therapy gets a bad name. A lot of the time from people just getting manual therapy session after session after session and wondering why they're not getting any better. So, you know, our main mantra is can we keep them training? Although sometimes it's easy to think, oh, it's an acute injury. It needs offloading. We don't go down that road. We'll think does it need offloading? Yes or no,. Because if we have to tell a coach that they are going to disrupt the session, we need to justify it. Sometimes I feel a bit pressured. But if it is a bad knuckle, we will really understand that
