Maybe you feel better if you zone out listening to a podcast than you do if you're scrolling through Twitter, he says. He also suggests developing a list of friends who don't think it's incredibly weird if I just call them out of the blue. You could just try and again you're using your phone in that moment but it's for a purpose.
