Are There Any Drawbacks of Eating Too Much Protein?

An easy strategy for a listener who is really struggling to make the change or do good dietary interventions would simply be to increase dietary protein. I personally have never seen any randomized control trials to say that eating red meat is an issue. In fact, I believe it is one of the most important foods for us as humans. That's not to say that a plant-based individual couldn't be healthy. Of course, they can be healthy with a lot of knowledge and supplementation.
