I think that it's important for us to kind of see other examples too. If you have taken all of your focus on this one outcome when that outcome either happens or doesn't happen then a lot of people feel lost and empty because if it's just about the goal there's an emptiness. The goal itself is not what creates the satisfaction it's the process it's I think some people think that the goal  isn't enough.
