What's So Bad About Glycolic Training?

The best way to tank your system is just high dose, you know, hit training or maybe glycolic, glycolytic training. I'm going to blame it on survival of the species. As far as human behaviors, the only thing that you can engage in where it goes the opposite direction of your health is physical activity. If you're not getting good sleep, your health almost tracks with it and how you feel day to day tracks with it. And then at some point, and it's just too much stress and you break and you fall off a cliff rather than doing something else.
