i bet if i tried to do one week of life what you're doing currently, i'd iwould probly be wrecked. The speed and explosion is always numberone. So i will make time for that more than anything else. I love to still do olympic lifting,. Am i'll do some general upper body stuff, nothing crazy. But for the most part, i consider like the speed and power work at is almost like my specific strength work inway.
