The Importance of Movement
Sitting inside is the primary thing that humans do without even realizing it. So I make my house look like I would make my pantry if I wanted to eat well. One of the movement nutrients that we don't get a lot is using our arms very much and so I'll always have something to hang from in the house. And then also of course just around my own work desk you know I have a bar in the doorway where I can reach up and hang from it and that feels good to my bodyIt helps me get more movement even though I do regular everyday things like Work on a computer and do podcasts and write.
