Ask yourself what you appreciated least about this period, about to day or the last 24 hours. What did you appreciate least? And if something comes to mindasking yourself, is there any way i can come up with that would allow me to deal with this sort of situation more skilfully in the next day or two? If nothing comes to mind, that's no, that's worries. Again, you might want to think of it at some other time. But even just allowing the question to be here and held can sometimes begin to shift something.
