As a teenager, he worked in restaurants everywhere from McDonald's to the local lunch place. He always had a dream of working as a chef and was testing stuff out at home. In most of Europe and in Sweden too, you kind of make that choice at age 15, 16. And I did end up going to university studying nanotech engineering.
