How Many Times a Week Do You Do Weight Training?
This week I'm gonna do three water pull-up sessions so these are based on the same number of reps basically there are three sets and I do three repetitions of each arm. And then do you do any weight training? I do only for my legs though. Yeah yeah exactly squats, splits, sends some dead lifts and yeah anything like that I do with an eight-eight kilo kettlebell which is 12 pounds he says.
