i genuinely believe that if you're not feeling okay having a conversation about how you're feeling with someone that you love is a really good first step towards putting a bit of wiggle room between your conclusion and all the other possibilities. i was going to make all manner of jokes there about a well having a Birkenstock soft foot and erecting a toll as in the m6 but i'm not going to because that was so so profound and so helpful and i can actually imagine my mental field right now yeah what are your takeaways from this episode um my takeaways are that we started this conversation today and you weren't feeling okay and we had a conversation about that and something shifted
