The CEO of one of the most lauded restaurant groups in Seattle. You come to Fairstar in 2018 and in part because of the pandemic but also I think because of your vision you didn't emphasize restaurants as much in terms of the programming. Now we focus a lot on financial literacy, technical literacy, managing conflict and knowing what your values are and what kind of employer you want to work for. And I think that's especially important now as we've seen a bit of a reckoning in the restaurant industry.
