There are different types of Quest bars. Some better than others but like the bear bells if you want to send me some to try them out. And then there are other sources as well like yeah you could get red meat but if it's from McDonald's you're probably not doing yourself a lot of favors. The crap food part of it that causes inflammation and you're just doing yourself a disservice because as you're trying to get big jacked and yoked your joints aren't going to be functioning the way they could.
