Taking a Deep Breath and Observing Sensations

Meditation starts by grounding yourself for a few minutes. Then expand your attention to the body as a whole, noticing sensations from the crown of your head to the bottom of your feet and right out to the surface of the skin. To do any of these sensations feel pleasant? And if they do, acknowledg thissaying, it's ok to like this. If they're unpleasant, acknowledging this too.
