Creating Constraints in a Combat Sport

Goya: Is there any best practice for identifying the areas that you're weak in and creating constraints for yourself? Like, is that something that you can apply at an individual level, or does it really require a coach to step in manage the process? Goya: I think going through that process, sometimes we call it self regulation and sport. So setting your goals, designin the practice to set the goals, and then reflecting on to what extent you achieve them. And getting some feed backn are you doing, realistically in things, from a coach, i think would be valuable.
