How to Implement an Off-Season Program for Your Athletes

Athletes have an off-season period and programming is gonna suit that accordingly you're not gonna be able to have the same volume in in-season as you do in preseason. I've always liked the the adage of you know don't do a preseason before a preseason and I think that's important because especially in Australia we actually have quite decent length preseason's like NBA NFL EPL all these leagues. We'll actually have a longer period of doing less but what does that less look like is it a mobility focus is it a general strength focus where we're just getting tissue quality and capacity there or something like that.
