The Utility of Using Blood Flow Restriction

I generally prefer lower, meaning around 20 or 30% of one ret max. There are some people who creep up to forty%. The real utility of using blood flow attriction is the fact that you can use it with very low loads. So that's the benefit. We've tried to combine it with high loads an indifferent aspects and other people have run training studies with it,. But it's not adactive, so it doesn't add anything more to highload training. And it's probably because high load, normal exercise is a maximal stimulus.
