I've never really been on a date where the chick was crazier that was a big problem like it was just either not good or I kind of didn't connect. The downside is so small and the upside is potentially so big why are you anxious? You need to recognize it in your head okay I'm anxious because I'm thinking about how she's going to judge me and then readjust that to think about what we told you to think about instead reframe it.
