What's Changed Since You Started CrossFit?

I started working out regularly, like in a gym, global gym, lifting, all of that stuff in middle school. And so it's like I've been working out five days a week for at least an hour since that time. What has changed the most is I actually had some back injuries circa 2011, maybe 2012. So I just don't do a ton of barbell work. But my strength stuff looks a lot like presses and maybe lunges.
