Is It Counterproductive to Build Strength on a Deliberate Bulk?

Naturals build extremely high levels of strength and resistance. And they're able to do it without putting on 15, 20 pounds of body fat. So i think that if if the end gols to be as strong as possible, yes, it might make senset kind of get up to 12 to 15%. But if the gols just t be as sharp as possible, i don't think it's counterproductive. I've had a client that got hyper chisel on my programme, got pretty damn strong, and then got caught up in in an doing a big bulk - he cut back right to where he was before with the thricken, same strength.
