How to Structure a Training Plan for an Athlete
The two biggest considerations are keeping the volume at a reasonable amount while increasing the intensity so the workouts should be as we've kind of said they should be hard they should really challenge you. that the other part of it too is that there's so much gratitude when you actually get to what you're doing because you're in you're doing what you love and the place that you love oftentimes with people that you really care about. That's where I think it's so important to know that this effort will pay off and that it might not look pretty but all of that will come around full circle.
