The Importance of Consistency in Diet

If you weigh 200 pounds, that's something like 60 to 100 grams of fat per day is a good place to start from most people. And then the rest you fill in to your daily calorie allotment, based on body weight and how it's trending with carbohydrate. You split that all up into meals. We have the whole Renaissance diet 2.0 book, RP makes that describes all of that in mind. That's really the core of nutrition. At the end of the day, consistency is what builds, or shreds if you're into that sort of thing.
