I think can just dive right into the nutrition side of the conversation here. I'm personally kind of curious if when you started, after reading garry's book, did you always kind of have that, i would say, like moderate, or some people will consider higher amounts of protein in your diet. But was that thing you implemented in the beginning with that type of a protein structure? Well, i i did ask, start asking around on twitter pretty early on. And i never, neverw soughit outto achieve higher levels of protein. And i think it was to my detriment.
