The Benefits of Having Confidence in Hard Things
I think generally speaking, for more intellectual pursuits where you're predominantly using your mind, it's a lot harder to perform from that place. But in athletic pursuits, I couldn't agree more. It can literally feel like the word that runners will say is that they're hammering because every step feels like there's a hammer pounding their quads.
