Rowing and Lifting - Are You Prepared for Need?
The length of this last phase is likely related to what is the gap between what you want to do and what you can do. If i wanted to start doing olympic weight lifting, well, ive been doing a lot of lifting. I could jump into that a little more aggressively than if i'd decided to take up b j j. In this case, for example, that's just not as well prepared. The closer the things are that you're trying, the less sort of caution. You just need less caution. That's where a good coach can come in handy.
