What Makes Great Sales Engineers Different From the Okay or Not So Great?

I've never pulled an all-mighter in my life. Even in the university. Not on school? Nothing? No. I always thought of it as like time management. It was pretty good with time management. I got worse as I grew up, but hopefully get back there. What separates great sales engineers from the okay or not so good ones? I think passion and I'm gonna go passion and honesty. That would be it.
