How to Run on a Treadmill

You have control, you can mimic or mix up the run on a treadmill like you're running outside. Play with the pace is a little bit. Pick things up for three or four minutes. For no reason. Drop things down real slowly. Run up a really steep hill on the treadmill for a minute just to mix things up. Have some fun on the treadmill. And in terms of guided runs, remember every single one of them can be done on a treadmill. All you have to do is own that treadmill.
