Most jugitz instructors aren't trained educators. They just do what worked for them or what they were used to. What winds up happening is, basically, rather than taking a deliberate practice to teaching, they're sort of copying and pasting their own knowledge. And i like the fact that this model that you've got really gives people some degree of freedom of expression and ownership of their own development path. I still think motivations always going to be a probms,. i think students wath jugitso they get, you know, motivated caus they're doing really well, and then all sudden they're gane shut down for a little while.
