We take in so much information, but just knowing things doesn't change us. Here i can have an exhaustive knowledge of what foods are good for me, but if i'm not eating them, that's not going to do me any good. And even if we do have one of those aha moment insights, we still have to figure out howDo i integrate into my life? How do i practise it?
