I think that the walk if you if you embrace it as something that gets you around it's really just like lean into it and it makes the day much better. so I think I think some my one one usage of it was when I was deeply unprepared for a race but I want I was going to do it anyway. It made for it's such a nicer day than if I tried to really batter myself to get around or something like that. So perhaps if you want to get yourself more in line with how some of the elites trained the occasional run walk would actually be would be in the mix yeah absolutely.
