Restorative load is spliced in between the higher stimulating or developmental loads of the hard workouts that come the day before and the day after. If you add to your fatigue on your restorative days, then you have to wait even longer for the anabolic proacing ans imes to start singig and kick back in. It's a ying and yang. Night and day. You do this really extreme or heavy or substantial developmental load. You then do a restorative load afterwards as a response to that. And then you step back and look at actually how training might be less than you think because what you are truly doing is 80% easy maintenance. Stepen sileris:
