We still do need to tease out what time of the day is potentially most optimal for uh our energy intake and distribution of meals. There's a breadth of work that hopefully should be coming um and only you know and improving maybe as I say confusing the situation because we're trying to add in control and and more variables but really providing better information to the general public about when when eating is appropriate and when it may be inappropriate. We've never compared head to head somebody doing appropriately timed exercise versus this time restricted eating so that's another sort of avenue of where we're heading.
