The Importance of Environmental Constraint in Rehabilitation

In physio school, we were right next to the occupational therapist. He was working with people who had just had CVA's and strokes. What they would do is constrain the less affected side. And that is called environmental constraint. We started applying that to things like burpees. You can take this idea of environmental constraint, you can apply it across your world.
