I like what you're talking about with just mixing in some of this stuff wherever you can. There's actually a study from the Journal of Strength and Conditioning that me and the boys were just talking about in the gym previously on cardio acceleration training. Group two ended up getting stronger and dropping more body fat by the end of the study. And so anyone, I hate to discourage somebody from like exercising or from doing something that they like doing. So just I think just go and do it sometimes.
