"I wanted to be able to develop the skills and see, you know, what it took to just lean out like a little bit," he says. "For somebody like you like diet breaks, maybe a lot more helpful." He adds that Cuban food is bland because they don't use much spice. But Mexican food has lots of garlic, peppers, onions which are delicious.
