There was a three step program or framework that was implemented in you know, Google and some really large organizations around how do you create data literacy. Start with the baseline employee skills, use a common language, build a culture of learning and reward curiosity. Remember that everyone learns differently. And I think this is a really hard one for folks because we're talking more about the tool and the technical aspects of Power BI.
