I Love Oxtail Brazes

Oxtails are bony and have lots of connective tissue, tendin that will melt with enough heat. The meat is in lots of nooks and crannies so it's not going me the kind of meat you're going to take and necessarily go out with a fork and knife. People like col pick the meat off at the table and eat it on flat bread and eat these different sauces and some vegetable. And this is a really great time of life, as we're hanging out at home, that's a good time to braze ecause it smells good and has a whacki dinner like that.
