"I typically wake up around 5 a.m. or so every day, usually in the gym or running by 5.30 or 6," he said. "And then my training is usually just as intense on a fasting day, if not even more intense because I usually feel good and have more energy" He says any break from food longer than three hours can be beneficial for gut health.
