"I've had my knee in tremendous amounts of pain. And there was points where I couldn't drag the sled backwards, but I could pull it forward," he said. "The gym, in my opinion, is supposed to most of the time make you feel a lot better rather than make you feeling a lot worse." He says training has to be about bleeding the athlete and not just beating them up.
