The Importance of Interval Work

It really depends on your injury history and the thing we have with trial thesis, we probably haven't built up the same amount of load as pure owners. So if it's just trying to get around there, I am and then you might not need to or might not want to. If you want to go a bit faster, then I mean, you're targeting a time goal, then I'd say, yeah, it is important. And I think it's all about the timing. You know, doing something 20 weeks out from a race, you can be doing something that's not that specific, but actually you see it as a hole in that profile that will help come race day.
