Challenge Yourself Work Out
This week's challenge orself is inspired by mark bell. Mark wants to see if he can break a six minute mile. So i have a work out that is kind of somewhat connected to that. You want to give yourself 60 seconds rest in between each one of these, and at the end, see how close you can get them. If your first rap is much faster than your second, third and fourt and you get progressively slower, that's probably a good indication that you going a little too fast.
