The Prologue and the Time Trial for the GC
Haley and I are quite good over a short distance, so that kind of shorter stage suits me. We're gonna try and get a good position on GC this sort of on a good note and then really ride ourselves into the race we're not trying to go out and uh win win the thing necessarily um we'd like to do as well as we can but I believe that the best way to approach this especially with it being my first epic is to pace ourselves well" Tiffany says she's feeling most apprehensive about stage five which will be "really physically taxing"
