My overall physique was maybe a little bit better in uh in 2011 um And around the time of 2009 to 2011 I had definitely become convinced that strength and progress was important for hypertrophy But I got focused on it so much to the point that I did what I said did not do earlier in this podcast is to start Training specifically to increase your low rep range strength. A higher frequency and a higher volume procession was the key but I would have never known if I'd stayed in the paradigm of the traditional upper lower or the de me where you would at most train each muscle group
